In my practice I work to create a safe space where you can explore the things that are getting in your way, as well as identify the strengths that you already possess.
My approach is warm and empathic. My style is psychodynamic and relational, meaning that I am an active participant in the therapeutic process. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the ultimate tool for facilitating healing and growth.
