Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m an integrative, licensed Psychotherapist specializing in trauma, mood & anxiety disorders, life transitions, & relationship difficulties. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities & techniques tailored to the specific needs & goals of my clients. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in different capacities that include, inpatient & outpatient clinics, hospitalizations, crisis & alternative intervention programs, counseling centers & public schools.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to build rapport in a safe space that's nonjudgmental, inclusive, collaborative, and real. I provide a warm and interactive space where clients feel validated, seen, and heard while reflecting, offering direct feedback, and respectfully challenging beliefs that might be getting in the way of their happiness. This approach is inspired by the transformations that can occur when an individual is met and understood emotionally in a place where they have not been before.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first session we will get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will listen attentively & empathetically to your story & work collaboratively to identify the core of your struggles & how to help you move forward.

We will also discuss your coping strategies, goals, & expectations for therapy. This information will help me to gain an understanding of how I can help you & to provide you with real-life tools to build a better life.
