Life can be a lot. It's surprisingly helpful to take a step back and talk it out with an unbiased person who really listens.
As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space in order to help you feel safe, learn about yourself, and identify your strengths. I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, kindness, directness, and humor into my practice. I also recognize that everyone’s therapy process is different and so I strive to meet you precisely where you are.
I have a broad range of experience working in community mental health, residential treatment centers, and college counseling offices. A few specialty areas include mindfulness / stress-reduction, and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration. My priority is to help you understand your patterns, identify what is or isn't serving you, and move forward.
Therapy is a space to learn, grow, be challenged, and even have a bit of fun. If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out with any questions and to determine if we would be a good fit. Looking forward to speaking with you!
