Great to meet you!

After earning my Bachelor's in Psychology and my Master's in Counseling from the University of Houston, I became a LPC and LCDC I have provided therapy for more than 5 years in the form of individual and group counseling and have experience in nonprofit organizations, psychiatric intensive care, and private and government agencies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the client is the expert of their life and use my expertise to collaborate with clients in dealing with their life challenges. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I aim to help clients recognize the impact their thoughts have on their feelings and behaviors and work together to identify and manage their cognitive distortions.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions are judgement-free, creative and engaging because I want to provide a counseling environment that clients from all walks of life feel comfortable coming to.
