Cognitive - identifying and replacing the negative thoughts that are the result of these emotional patterns, and

Behavioral - effectively choosing and implementing healthier behaviors, and building on your progress over time.

We'll practice these skills and you'll build the skills you need to feel calmer, happier, and live a more fulfilling live.
