Hi! My name is Alaina Stanley and I specialize in helping my clients find their light within the darkness. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 7 years of experience, working in a variety of settings, from community mental health agencies to acute mental health crisis centers. In these experiences I realized my passion lies within helping women elevate their confidence and trust within themselves, so they can advocate for their space in the world.

I like to use a client centered therapy approach to best serve the needs of each client as an individual, because no one is more of an expert on your life, than you. I also will use psychodynamic principles to help you address how your past experiences influence current decision making.

In each session my hope is that each client walks away with better understanding of how they can control their destiny. Life is all about choices and I want you to make the best ones for you.
