Deep down, you know you’re not living your fullest expression of you. You may feel depressed about all the sacrifices you’ve made along the way like putting satisfying relationships and your happiness and health on the back burner. Perhaps you feel anxious, frustrated, or ashamed because you’re falling short of your own high (and perfectionistic) expectations. No matter how hard you try and how much you achieve... you still don’t feel good enough.

In therapy, I will compassionately guide you to become aware of your needs, desires, and feelings so you develop a healthy relationship with yourself. You’ll rediscover your authentic self so you can cultivate a life you truly want regardless of cultural, societal, religious, or family expectations.
