For 20+ years I have provided services in family, community and clinic settings, empowering people to navigate various life challenges and experiences. My expertise includes using evidence-based practices to help people understand and build skills to manage mental health symptoms and achieve greater satisfaction despite life’s challenges.
What you can expect from our first session
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary specialty. I utilize Solution-Focused, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Experiential, and strength-based methods to assist with achieving wellness goals and building skills for mental health management.
