Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm so glad you're here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe strengthening your mental health is very important for a happy and healthy lifestyle. Majority of my experience I've spent working in the school system with children ages 3-18. The children that I worked with struggled with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD and ODD. However, since only being able to offer telehealth in my practice, my focus now is aimed more towards adolescents and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Every client presents with a different story! So no two clients will be the same, I adjust to my client and their presenting issue(s). After we have the opportunity to meet, I will focus on developing an open and inviting relationship with you. It's important for me to listen to you, support you and even challenge you to accomplish your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session together, I will give you the opportunity to share your story and what pushed you to seek therapy. We will work together to identify therapeutic goals. It is important to me to create a warm, inviting environment that allows you to the opportunity to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling as though you are safe secure.
