Great to meet you!

Taking care of our mental health is crucial for our overall well-being. By being intentional about how we care for ourselves, we can live our best lives. As a Therapist, I focus on helping clients with adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, work-related stress, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and substance abuse. I use a strength-based, person-centered approach to empower and motivate my clients towards achieving their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe in a collaborative approach where the therapist and client work together to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away a better understanding of themselves and their situation, as well as practical tools and strategies to help them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. They can also expect a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
