As women, we often are overwhelmed by the demands and circumstances of life, resulting in stress, fear, worry, impatience, fatigue, frustration, and even depression. I have 10 years of experience as a counselor and I use a variety of evidence-based interventions to help my clients. It's important to provide a safe, empathetic environment for clients to share their emotional pain.
My mission as a counselor is to ease emotional suffering and promote well-being in the lives of others. I help individuals lean into difficult emotions, have tough and productive conversations, and learn to take care of the mind, body, and spirit on a regular basis.
I listen closely, and I take care to develop a trusting relationship with each client. I help my clients clarify what they long for most, and I use evidence-based strategies to help them reach their goals.
