Abigail Gianniny LMHC (she/her) is a mental health counselor in Rochester, NY, with an expertise of working with children and families. She served in both private practice and outpatient settings, including Strong Behavioral Health: Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services. Abby provides therapeutic interventions to children, families, and adults using evidence informed and family centered therapeutic approaches.

Abby has provided individual, group, and family therapy and consulted with schools on a regular basis in order to improve outcomes for children. She also has additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Maternal Mental Health, and is a certified yoga instructor.

Abby earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Premedical Studies from SUNY Geneseo and went on to earn a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College.
