If you struggle with shame, self-defeating beliefs, trauma, depression, or anxiety, I am here to hold sacred space for you to experience your experience, face your reality, and move forward with serenity. I aim to create a safe space where we can explore your needs and discover empowering ways to meet them.

I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and from abusive relationships. I focus on uprooting the shame that drives us towards self-destructive behaviors and on rewriting self-defeating beliefs. I have my background in mindfulness techniques, trauma-focused CBT, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy.
