Abby

I see the best in others, and want to help you see this in yourself too! When we can wholeheartedly accept ourselves, and honestly and compassionately explore what's working and what's not, and what we truly value in life, then we can create meaningful change. Whether paralyzed by anxiety, sadness, past experiences, or beliefs that you aren't good enough, or are feeling unfulfilled, stuck, or overwhelmed by life stress, I can help. Together, we can work towards feeling more confident, capable, at ease, and connected.

My areas of interest include anxiety, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image and acceptance, and adult ADHD. I focus on understanding emotions, the mind-body connection, and self compassion and acceptance. I am trained in EMDR and as an ADHD coach for teens, college students and adults.

My approach is collaborative, rooted in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective therapy. You get to be the expert in your life, and together we'll work to overcome obstacles, develop skills, build trust in yourself, and move towards what you truly value and want most for your life.
