Whether paralyzed by anxiety, sadness, past experiences, or beliefs that you aren't good enough, or are feeling unfulfilled, stuck, or overwhelmed by life stress, I can help. Together, we can work towards feeling more confident, capable, at ease, and connected.
My areas of interest include anxiety, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image and acceptance, and adult ADHD. I focus on understanding emotions, the mind-body connection, and self compassion and acceptance. I am trained in EMDR and as an ADHD coach for teens, college students and adults.
