I'm here for you, wherever you are at. Engaging in therapy mean many different things, but more than anything, it the shared creation of a safe space for support. I work with my clients on building a space where one can truly feel seen and cared for, in order to identify unmet needs and create a better life for oneself. I primarily work with individuals on managing stress and anxiety in work and relationships, as well as learning to understand challenging thoughts, feelings, and improving overall lifestyle choices. In addition to one-on-one sessions, I run groups and workshops focusing on therapeutically integrating mind and body.
I use a relational + dynamic approach, blending traditional psychotherapy training with holistic practices (yoga, Eastern philosophy, Ayurveda, mindfulness) + social justice lens to work through not only mental + emotional aspects of each individual, but with appreciation for the physical needs for self-care, stability, and space, to create a fuller life.
