As a therapist and a client, I have seen the benefits of therapy from both sides of the couch. I enjoy working with people who are open to learning, growing and making positive life changes. I offer support and clarity as clients refine their relationships with significant others, family, spirituality, work and, more importantly, with themselves.

I believe in a person-centered, eclectic approach when working with clients. There is no 'one-size-fits-all' method. Instead, I help clients discover and discard the beliefs and behaviors holding them back from achieving their goals. I do not accept Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits.
